Orders
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders. Every order shows a live status timeline, and a tracking link appears once the parcel is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it has been dispatched. Open the order from My Orders and use Cancel Order. Once a parcel is on its way, please raise a return instead.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Open the delivered order in My Orders and choose Request Return within the return window. Items must be unworn with tags intact.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4 to 6 working days. The estimated date is shown at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown in your cart. Below that a flat rate applies.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. If you are between sizes on a fitted style, we suggest sizing up.
